Socketed Gems;

Diamond in helm and chest/pants use either diamonds or emeralds, depending how much of a glass cannon you want to play.

Paragon to vitality, usually start with 300 paragons to Vitality but adjust lower when you get stronger. Optimal health is 600-700k.

Playstyle;

Activate Shadow Power and keep vengeance up at all times. Try to hit mobs with FoK. Hit Shadow Power to get life per hit for 5seconds and activate Elusive ring proc without having to vault.

Lightning is more efficient and easier to upkeep Hatred and thats why I prefer it for speed grifting. Cold is a good option too, I would advice to go with whatever you have the best gear for.
