Use Life Per Hit, life regen and the bread and butter Crit Chance and Crit Damage for corpses. All the others you can choose.

There's not much to paragon, so I'll add some gems.

Weapon: Flawless Royal Amethyst (Or highest level amethyst you can get) and/or Flawless Royal Emerald (Or highest level emerald you can get)

Helm: Flawless Royal Topaz (Or the highest level topaz you can get)

Other: Flawless Royal Topaz (Or the highest level topaz you can get)

Thats basically it.

Build Guide

The idea was to simply stay afar and attack with blood siphon and heal if you got past damage.Other damage will heal you too. Have the highest life per hit possible or life on hit. (said that just because I didn’t want you to get confused with the paragon but you should still have the highest LoH possible too.) nova and simulacrum if your cornered or in danger. Also always leech curse all enemies before doing damage (just in case and for even more LOH.)
