You want your Cooldown reduction anywhere between 69%-72% to never drop Inner Sanctuary or Epiphany.
CDR can be rolled on:
You need to have a 2.00 Attacks Per second on both Hands (This is important to have) When you have 2.00 AS and you proc the Flying dragon you will go up to 5 Hits per second and that mixed with Epiphany gives out a massive amount of healing.
You can roll AS on:
- Rings (both)
You should be able to hit 2.00 AS by having AS on 5 pieces of your gear each piece needs to have max AS which is 7%.
Resource Reduction Cost
Now with wearing Crimson's 3 piece you will get Dmg mitigation the more RCR you have.

Gems for Gear:
- Helm- Diamond
- Chest- Diamond
- Pants- Diamond
- Sword- Amethyst
Health Globes on Gear:
Health globes are needed on all your gear that can roll it, you want to have 200,000 Health globes or higher for you monk to put out enough healing for your group.
Health globes can be obtained on:
- Both rings
Health globes on non ancient gear can max to: Health Globes and Potions Grant +29,713 Life
On Primal Ancients and Ancients they can max to: Health Globes and Potions Grant +38,625 Life
To make you life easier you will probably need a couple of pieces ancient. It is important to have High Health globes but I have done well with low health globes as well. Its good to at least aim for 170K-200k to start. Later on try to get to 250K
Note for rolling Health globes on gear, Ring of Royal Grandeur will always roll with a Primary Stat (ie Dex, Int, or Str) depending one what class you get it on, Attack Speed and Life Per hit. Usually you'll roll Life per hit into CDR but it also needs to have health globes and a socket. So in other words this Ring can be a nightmare. GOODLUCK!
Barb and RGK typically run a Kulle-Aid potion and the wizard runs a Potion of Amplification. Monk can uses Kulle-Aid but most of the time wont get it off because of to much healing output (So its not a big deal)
