This is a typical "Globe" zBarb. It's used in "Rat Runs" aka 2 Rathma Necros, 1 zNecro, and the "Globe" zBarb.
The idea is to pick up health globes that are created by the zNecro to restore essence for the Rathma Necros, as well as heal the party.
Pick up radius is KING. The difference between 18, or 20 and 22 (max) pick up radius is very noticeable. Prioritize pick up radius over anything, then Cool down reduction, then Vit/Resistances/Armor.
Toughness shouldn't be an issue, but If your having a hard time staying alive you can swap sprint for ground stomp and swap obsidian ring of the zodiac with band of might. I personally don't like this playstyle, but I've seen people do it.
Cool down is very important. You need to keep Ignore Pain on the party as much as possible. Lowering cool down allows you to achieve this.
Basic rotation. Keep IP (ignore pain) on the party, whirlwind around picking up globes, Threatening shouting and rending everything you can for increased damage.
Always stay with your DPS. The zNecro is the scout in this comp. The barbs job is to keep the Rat DPS in Ignore pain 100% of the time, and keep them alive. If your scouting and the zNec is staying home you're doing it wrong. In seasons past the zBarb was always the sout, not in this comp.
