Since this is a pet build, you need the full Rathma set and the naturally accompanying Jesseth set. The Endless Walk jewelry set gives you DPS/toughness and is a no brainer. Krysbin's increases DPS a lot since you will always be near monsters and slowing them with your Trapped gem. Dayntee's gives needed toughness, via your permanently on curse aura. The bracer is the optional slot, I like Nemesis for faster T13 rift clears.


Reilena's in the cube gives more DPS and a bonus of extra essence generation from bone spikes, T&T gloves are pretty self explanatory for a pet build, and Nailuj's ring makes it easier to keep your DPS up as you want 4 Skeletal Mages up all the time. I haven't tried Unity instead, but I'd imagine it should work if you absolutely need more toughness.


Trapped and Enforcer gems are obvious, while Powerful is good for T13 farming, and probably swap to Stricken if you want to try GR's (I mainly use this build for T13, so I haven't tested much on GR's).

Attack speed is good, otherwise everything else is pretty standard.

Build Guide

I like builds that are really simple to play, so I was trying to find one for the Necro class. After not being able to find one, I came up with my own that is mainly to farm T13. It can probably do some GR's, but likely not able to push to very high ones due to the build being a little squishy and not insanely OP'ed (might be able to switch to Singularity Skeletal Mage for extra power, but I haven't tried).


The reason why this build is easy to play, is because there is no cooldown to manage, and you only need to press 2-3 things during fights (2 skills are on permanent auras). The slightly squishy part comes from the fact that you need to be slightly close to monsters as you need the auras to hit them for the curse damage reduction, though you might be able to swap out a ring for a Unity setup, but lose some DPS (haven't tried this). This build can definitely do T13 quite easily, as well as fast (depending on gear quality of course).


Gameplay is pretty straightforward, use your Command Skeletons on monsters to activate your Jesseth set, and spam your Skeletal Mages as your main DPS source (6 piece Rathma). You can hold down Bone Spikes for it to fire off whenever another skill isn't activated to regen essence, but your main source of essence regen comes from standing close to monsters so that your Devour aura will consume corpses automatically as things die. Your Frailty aura provides the curse necessary to activate your Dayntee's for toughness. Blood Rush is obviously for getting around faster and escaping from sticky situations.
