Sustained Speed build for key farming and bounties, The reason for the wildebeast gizzard gem is for full uptime on belt. it is a physical damage build NOT holy. At higher paragons, you can switch bane of the trapped to lightning gem for more speed. Hoarder 30% + Krelms 25%+ WoA 50%+para 25%

The 20 yrd condemn radius seems to kill everything as you are speeding through, so you dont need vacuum

This build seems the best for me for t-13 key runs/bounties

Note, Akkhans addendum passive gives you the wrath needed.. the 3 empty slots can be anything, they are not needed.. just have your condemn and Akarats on auto cast and just move through the rift.
