The Abilities are inflexible for pushing they will provide the most damage reduction possible without sacrificing essentials. Passives can be swapped some options include: Switching from Harmony to Sixth Sense will provide a Toughness boost for anyone with 5 or fewer pieces with Secondary Resistance on them, Giving up Beacon of Ytar for additional Survivability in the form of Guardians Path (Some varients forgo CDR entirely in favour of Area Damage which will have a higher peak but less consistant damage, especially at lower GR's *110 and lower*), Swapping Near Death Experience for Guardians Path (Which is a toughness boost but convenience loss, this really comes down to preference), or Giving up Sieze the Initiative for Guardians Path (Please note that Sieze the Initiative is a large damage increase *Read 30% Attack Speed 99% Uptime*)

The Witching Hour is a large damage boosting option to replace the Kyoshiro's Soul which most people become comfortable with. In GR's and even Nephalem Rifts you should be attacking frequently enough to maintain Sweeping Wind and in between floors or packs you can simply click Sweeping Wind to refresh the stack duration manually. Inna's Set can be utilized to provide additional Survivability however I cannot say that I myself have experimented with this Varient.

Unity provides 50% damage reduction when a second one is equipped on your follower with the Relic "Cannot be Killed"

Convention of Elements rotates a Multiplicative 200% damage increase (Making it Triple not Double) when it is on it's Fire rotation (20% Uptime)

Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac Provides 100% uptime of Epiphany for maximum damage reduction as well as Spirit Regeneration, and the more frequent useage of Mystic Ally and Dashing Strike, It is a weaker damage option than Convention of Elements but provides more survivability.

For Pushing Cindercoat is the best option in the cube Much better than Magefists due to being able to constantly cast WoL. When doing lower content you may choose to switch to Nemesis Bracers.
