Summons a pool of deadly piranhas that deals 400% weapon damage as Poison over 8 seconds. Affected enemies will also take 15% increased damage.
Wave of Mutilation

Turn each cast into a wave of piranhas that crash forward dealing 475% weapon damage and causing all enemies affected to take 15% increased damage for 8 seconds.
Big Bad Voodoo Slam Dance

Conjure a Fetish that begins a ritual dance that increases the attack speed and movement speed of all nearby allies by 15% for 20 seconds.

Build Guide

This build was created as a 100% fetish-only passive damage build. Your time is spent buffing the fetishes and debuffing their victims.

Play style is simple. At beginning of rift hit fetish army and spam haunt until you get 15 sycophants. After your soul harvest stacks are up, start with the big bad voodoo and piranhas.

As long as you have the DPS for the fetishes to kill quickly, this build will farm faster than gargs. Since your fetish army has virtually no cool down, you can run by elite packs and spawn them right by packs easily.

Jade Variation: swap convention of elements for ring of royal grandeur and wear jade shoulder piece and replace a zuni piece with jade.

Gold Variation: Replace belt of transcendence with goldwrap, replace zei's with boon of the horder. Replace convention of elements with avarice band. Replace bad medicine with fetish sycophants.
