This is a very old build from diablo 2 more or less and it is still awesome in higher greater rifts in diablo 3 today. 2.6.1 You want all ancient augmented gear as high as possible. You want to wear either pride of cassius or chilaniks chain and then cube the other one with lesser stat weights. It's a great build if you can master it. It is a ZWW hybrid build not for everyone. But still great, if you can master it. Rome wasn't built in a day, and you won't build this in a day either.
