Cubed Weapon: Wear the best rolled weapon you have of the Blade of Prophecy and In-Geom and cube the other.

If you wear the In-Geom instead of cubing it, then change the Heavenly Strength passive to Fervor.

Cubed Armor: If someone else in your party is wearing Nems, I recommend using the Gloves of Worship in the cube.

Build Guide

Theory/Background - (The Why)

Patch 2.6.1 brings big changes to the Akkhan's set, Blade of Prophecy and Freydehr's Wrath. The Akkhan's set 6p bonus was raised to 1500% and adds 50% damage reduction. Both the Blade of Prophecy and Freydehr's Wrath were given 600% to 800% Condemn damage. These bonuses are separate and independent multipliers. For example if both have the full 800% condemn bonus, then the resulting bonus multiplier would be 81x (9x9). With these amazing buffs, Condemn is now a force. The Akkan's set is one of the few sets that can be paired with Sage's in order to supercharge Death Breath farming. This build focuses on using Sage to increase your DB farming rate by nearly 50% or more.

Gearing/Game Play - (The How)

You will need at least 55.6% Cooldown Reduction in order to maintain permanent uptime on Akarat's Champion. As per the gearing recommendations for this build, its not possible to achieve this if wearing the Blade of Prophecy. Rather 52%-53% can be achieved with this setup. If In-Geom is worn with the Fervor passive, then 55.6%+ CDR can be attained. Falling just short this CDR is not critical because the In-Geom will be proccing very often and this should keep your Akarat's Champion uptime permanent.

If you are not playing HC, then swapping out the Indestructible passive for Finery is recommended. I recommend putting the skills on 1-4 on auto-cast. This can be done by num-locking for instance. You will need to wear 2 pieces of Sage along with 5 pieces of Akkhan's. This along with the RoRG in the cube will give you 6p Akkhans and 3p Sage.

An alternate ring combination would be to wear an Stone of Jordan or Convention of Elements with an Avarice Band instead of Focus with Restraint. This setup would provide the added utility of seamless gold and progress globe pickup due the Avarice Band. The downside would be less damage output. Also when using Focus and Restraint you will not pickup all the gold in the general area instantly, this has a benefit for HC players. If a HC player DC's or the game crashes, the pet will slowly pickup nearby gold, adding armor due to the Gold Wrap. This will increase the likelihood of not ripping your HC toon in the process.

There is no need for Steed Charge with this build as it has multiple sources of movement speed enhancements baked in. Between Wreath of Lighting, Boon of the hoarder, Flash, Warzechian bracers and the Law of Hope - Wings of Angels, the movement speed of this build is surperb. Condemn cannot be cast nor can any other skill while on the horse. This is why I chose to refrain from using it. With this build its possible to fly through the map, hunting elites and killing lots of trash along the way while not having to stop and attack since Condemn has no casting animation. As fast as this build is, its even better if you can pair your runs with a zBarb to further boost movement speed and hit shrines with Nems which will allow you to cube the gloves of worship for even more utility.

Summary/Wrap Up - (The Results)

The build is very simple to play and a hell of a lot of fun. It gives insane mobility, good damage and high survivability. It should be possible to complete 20+ T13 rifts per hours solo with this build with average gearing. Each of these T13 rifts provide 40-50 DB's. This results in 800-1,000 DB's per hour when running T13. This build is very fun and extremely chill to play.

I have thoroughly enjoyed playing and testing out this build and I hope you will find as much enjoyment with it as I have. Please leave a comment below if you have any questions. Please Upvote if you find this guide useful. Thanks.
