This build uses the 6 piece bonus of the trag'ouls set. The items are designed to give this build some serious killing power and defense. Using the blood mages and with scythe of the cycle in the cube once you cast your command skeletons everything dies. Since we are using boon of the hoarder and the gold wrap the build is just about invisible because of the gold toughness. This build is like being on a permanent speed pylon.

Primary stat max out your movment speed with gear and paragon and then put everything into intelligence. If you feel you need a little more essence then you can max essence as well then go into intelligence. For offense go crit chance, crit damage, attack speed, cooldown. Defense go life, armor, resist all, life regen. Area Damage, resource reduction, life on hit for utility.

Build Guide

This build is a great build for farming torment and running bounties. The build doesn't rely on in-geom to keep critical skills active, so it makes a great build for farming. There are 2 keys to this build. The first is managing your essence. You can quickly exhaust your essence if you are not careful. Monitor your mage numbers and recast as needed. Make sure to command your skeletons on cooldown and bone armor as well. Remember this is a speed build so you want to bone armor on as many enemies as possible to maximize your speed.
