Halo of Karini
The full damage potential of the build requires: a belt, an off-hand, two weapons and three rings along with the full Tal's set. This leaves only one setup.
wrists: Nemesis Bracers(speed), Ancient Parthan Defenders(push) or Strongarm Bracers(group)
Alternative group setup for added toughness: Ring of Royal Grandeur in place of Manald Heal, wear Hergbrash's Bindings, select Aquila Cuirass for the cube.

Build Guide
This build continuously fires off a channeling skill while it quickly teleports through the dungeon. The items Aether Walker, Hergbrash's Binding are crucial to this build's core functionality.
This build can be played with one hand possibly even one finger (if you map all your spenders to the mouse {LMB, RMB, WUP, WDN} and use numlock for channeling).
Upon starting a Greater Rift activate Storm Armor and Magic Weapon, then cast one Meteor and one Blizzard. Immediately initiate Arcane Torrent (hold that button down and never let it go). Tap Teleport once to trigger the full Tal's bonus. If you ever lose your Tal's set bonus redo this initial setup routine.
Combat is rather easy. Use short jumps to lock down mobs. Jump in a triangle or square pattern to avoid missiles. Always shoot where you are going to be not where you have been. If you stand still then cast Meteor to refresh the Tal's bonus (once every eight seconds).
I like the idea of this build, but abilities cast from "etched sigil" do not count towards Tal's 6 piece. So this build just doesnt work
It should be constantly reset between Teleport and Arcane:Torrent spam...provided you manually cast each ability at the start of the rift to get four stacks of the Tal Rasha bonus. It does in fact work.
Yes, once you have 4 stacks of the Tal's bonus you only need to alternate between two types of damage to refresh the cooldown. I use teleport/torrent primarily when moving and meteor/torrent when standing still.
I used this build to solo gr70 on the first day of season 12.
Hey, I just wanted to share a variant of the Tal's Meteor Channeling Build (2.6.1) that I am running. Not having any difficulty whatsoever. Let me know what you think:

I just looked at your build and I already see one major flaw. You cannot cast teleport "at will" and you cannot keep up with the other meta builds when running high tier Greater Rifts. At best you can teleport once every two seconds. My build can hold the teleport key down and jump a dozen times before running into issues (then APoC fixes that immediately).
You have a maximum of 52.34% CDR which puts the cooldown of your Teleport at 5.24 seconds. I see that you are using Zodiac to add CDR but you also have two other skills with cooldown. Even if you never cast Meteor (which means you can not take advantage of CoE "at will" either) to still need to cast Diamond Skin once every three seconds (for the 9 RCR) and it still has a cooldown of 7.15 seconds after factoring in your CDR. This makes Diamond Skin nothing more than your "oh Shit" panic button that you can never use during normal play.
If you do nothing more than Teleport then after 2 seconds of using Ray of Frost to proc Zodiac you will be able to Teleport again (2 seconds of CDR per second of cast plus 2 seconds of regular cooldown for a total of 6 seconds of cooldown). Even if all of this goes right you still have a build that is too slow to keep up with everyone else. You will be that guy that shows up just as the fight is over, every time.
Normally I wouldn't care but you are hi-jacking my build to promote your own. Of course I'm going to rip into you.
I can't really wrap my mind around how you can claim this as a GR100 solo build.
The fact that you put this in the title and that you barely managed a GR90 in the video is a clear sign that this video would struggle on a GR100 which is more than twice as a hard as a GR90. You even have 19000!! intelligence from all the paragon and some caldesann on items.
Makes me a bit dissapointed, because I just picked up a Primal AE on my seasonal wizard, but it seems like the only real use case is support for this wand.
