A GR pushing build - maybe not the strongest one, but since the Haedrig's Gift provides us with it.........

A couple of important things on Toughness, as it is dynamic on this build.

Your toughness can go through the roof, so you should keep an eye for:

- Your Binding of the Lost belt provides 4.0 - 5.0% damage reduction for each Seven Sided Strike hit, so it should be a no-brainer that you need to keep this up all the time. Pay attention to the CDR rolls on your gear, as it is imperative to have an as high as possible cooldown reduction for the build to take you as high in GRs as possible.

- Your Lefebvre's Soliloquy shoulders provide an extra 50% damage reduction for 5 seconds after you have used your Cyclone Strike skill.

- Dashing Strike also provides you with Dodge chance, so try to maintain that in conjunction with the Cyclone strike DR, for the few seconds your Epiphany is down.

For the numbers-lovers: At about 17k Dexterity (simulating around Paragon Level 1000 with level 80 augments on gear) my toughness reaches to 1.3billion, whenever the above criteria are met.

Build Guide

The build works in a pretty straightforward way:

1. Go in a group of mobs using Dashing Strike

2. Cast Cyclone Strike to group them up

3. Auto Attack 3 times to get the buff from your Way of the Hundred Fists - Assimilation, which, together with the 2-piece Ulianna's set, will apply your Exploding Palm - Impending Doom. (One of those EPs, will have the Mythic Rhythm passive applied, but there is no way to know which one it will be.)

4. Cast Seven Sided Strike and watch the screen blow up, as the Gungdo Gear bracers make your exploding palm spread (almost) everywhere

That is the easy part.

There is a way to boost your damage more though, by snapshotting the Mythic Rhythm passive, thus charging your next MANUALLY APPLIED EP using your Mythic Rhythm passive.

To put it as simple as possible, you need to do the following, in order to Super-Charge your exploding palm damage:

- Find a group of mobs and dash in

- auto attack them with WoAHF to apply EP

- cast Seven Sided Strike to detonate the applied EPs

Any mobs that remain alive and ALREADY HAVE EP APPLIED onto them (even if it is just one) go to them and auto attack 3 times (as if you were looking to apply EP). It is very important that you only attack mobs that have EP on them already, or it won't work.

Find another group of mobs (preferably a yellow elite) and apply MANUALLY your EP onto one. DO NOT USE CYCLONE STRIKE BEFORE APPLYING THE EP!!!! This Ep will be the super charged one, carrying the 40% damage bonus of the Mythic Rhythm passive.

NOW you can Seven Sided Strike in order for the EP to detonate and spread to the rest of them.

If it so happens and you get an open area map, you can try and drag the said yellow Elite with the overpowered EP on it to another group of mobs, so as to maintain the buff. If not you can do the snapshot process again and again ;) It only takes a couple of tries to get the hang of it, but the damage output is worth it ;)

The Rift Guardian fight does not require you to try and snapshot, since your auto attack applied EP will be carrying the Mythic Rhythm buff.
