Summon a circle of spirits for 6 seconds that deals 1200% weapon damage as Cold, Chills nearby enemies by 60%, and reduces their damage dealt by 25% for 3 seconds.

Summons a pool of deadly piranhas that deals 400% weapon damage as Poison over 8 seconds. Affected enemies will also take 15% increased damage.

Prioritize movement speed in this build first. Once maxed with gear and paragon then drop everything in to main stat. For offense start with crit chance then crit damage, and then attackspeed. For defense grap life first and then Resist all or armor depending on what are gear dictates. For utility grab life on hit and then area damage.

Build Guide

This is a speed farming build for the witch doctor for Season 12. With the buffs to Helltooth, the Short Man's Finger, and Mask of Jeram the chicken is back. This build is super tanky and great for tornments and bounties. Not having to use In-geom makes it worthwhile.

When you enter a rift or bounty go ahead and have your pets summoned. Before you take off cast Wall of Death to proc the set bonus on helltooth. Run into an enemy pack pop out of chicken, grap a quick soul harvest and take off because everything will be dead. The gold wrap and boon of the horder create so much toughness that you are practically unkillable.
