Build Guide
Laws of Valor - Critical
*note : the critical hit damage and attack speed from this law and Slash - zeal inflates our weapon damage, increasing our Condemn damage.
Iron Skin - Steel Skin
*note : can swap with Flash rune if needed.
Fist of the Heavens - Reverberation
*note : this is how we proc strongarm bracers. This spot originally taken by Steed Charge - Draw and Quarter. But after further testing I find that FotH is more consistent to proc strongarm bracers. We can also use this skill to interrupted monster channeling skills, altough draw and quarter is able to pull elite into the next density. The choice is yours.
Righteousness
*note : This is the second key to unlock 100% Aquila. Combine with paragon we can have 155 max wrath. Casting Condemn cost 9.xx wrath, our Slash now generate 8 wrath per attack while AC is generating 5 wrath per second. Condemn now can be cast without holding back as long as you keep Slashing ( which you should ).
