Done 94+ at 1500 Paragon and 2.8 Millions sheet damage (this build has done 99+ at 1350 paragons). My build still need to optimize some stats on its items (Sentry and Cluster Arrow Damage on shoulder, chest, feet, head. Iceblink can be used removing Zeis gem.

Run or walk to Elites and spam Sentries and kill with Cluster Arrow meanwhile Rain of Venegeance is active - in best case hiting the Elites and freeze them. Yellow gem for helmet, Need much RRC.
