Blessed Shield Shattering Throw

Cost: 20 Wrath

Hurl your shield, dealing 430% weapon damage as Holy plus 250% of shield Block Chance as Holy damage. The shield will ricochet to 3 nearby enemies.
Shattering Throw

When the shield hits an enemy, it splits into 3 small fragments that bounce between nearby enemies, dealing 170% weapon damage as Holy to all enemies hit.
Steed Charge Draw and Quarter

This is a build guide for what is currently performing as the top build on the PTR for patch 2.6.1. This build was taken from almost every Sader in the top 100 give or take a random heavens fury build here and there.

For patch 2.6.1 we get 2 item buffs which make this build so strong

Gyrfalcon’s Foote

Removes the resource cost of Blessed Shield and increases Blessed Shield damage by 400-500%.

Jekangbord

No longer rolls Legendary-strength bonus to Blessed Shield damage as an inherent affix. Can still roll 10-15% as a random affix.
Blessed Shield ricochets to 6 additional enemies and has its damage increased by 300-400%.

Outside of those 2 items this build had not changed much but the power growth has been huge.

Build Guide

Hello all my thinkers..... how are you all doing today? I wanted to create a video / guide for all my followers on what is the hot crusader build for patch 2.6.1. This Blessed shield crusader is performing top on the ladder with having cleared over a GR110. This build is one of my favorite builds to play as a crusader as it is a nice ranged build which allows for a bunch of movement.

Play style is fairly simple:

1. Keep Akkharat's Champion up as much as possible.

2. Use Iron Skin and Provoke as often as possible for the damage reduction. You can try holding these for elite packs however both should be used when a defensive boost is needed.

3. Stay away from mobs and spam blessed shield

4. Use steed charge to move and also as a get away form mobs when needed.

5. Use Laws of valor when not on cool down

Other than that guys its a very fun build to play so give it a try.
