Build Guide
[Introduction]
The purpose of this build is to farm Greater Rifts between 90-100 in times ranging from 1:30-3:30.
If the build feels like you are farming Torment XIII without Ingeom then u found the right tier.
Note: This build only works with this http://www.diablofans.com/builds/94504-ze-necromancer-support-rathma-speed Support Necromancer due to his insane globe spawning.
[Gearing]
As you can see above there is only one flexible slot which is the Offhand. In fact it doesn't matter what you use there just make sure it has the best possible stats. Dayntee's Binding can also be switched out with The Withing Hour is you feel comfortable with your toughness. Same goes for Decrepify that can be switched out with Devour which has multiple useful runes. Or keep the Decrepify for the increased cooldown and dmg reduction even while wearing The Witching Hour.
[Stat Priorities]
General rule of thump CHC>CHD>CDR>IAS, this doesn't apply to your amulet here you obviously want Elem. DMG, CHC, CHD.
Also you want Maximum Essence and Skeletal Mage Damage % on all the pieces possible.
[Skeletal Mages & Max Essence]
In this section I will go over the Skeletal Mage Skill and their Mechanics as well as Max Essence since it is the sources of your Damage.
Skeletal Mages attackspeed does NOT benefit from your Sheet APS, only Tasker and Theo work on it and brings the attack animation from 30 frames down to 20( 3 instead of 2 attacks per second). However that doesn't mean they don't benefit from your APS. Your Sheet APS is just simply a multiplier in the damage calculation.
Singularity Mages attack for 200% Weapon Damage. From the Rune you will get a multiplicative bonus which calculates like this
3%* (Current Essence-(40*(1-RCR%))+1.
So with Max Essence( excluding SoJ) while casting and RCR only from paragons the Mages will hit for 3944% Weapon Damage with Simulacrum and 1964% without.
This Formula shows you how RCR works on the Singularity cast however don't get tricked in to thinking RCR is a valuable stat. For example gaining an additonal 8% on shoulders would be a Damage increase of 0,438%.
Missing out on a Maximum Essence Roll with Simulacrum active is a Damage loss of 11,7% or 10,6% without it due to the combined effect of Reilena's Shadowhook and the Singularity Rune.
Missing out on 2 Maximum Essence on for example your Offhand is only a Damage loss of 1,1% or 0,1%
So for instance if you have a new ancient Offhand that says 8% Damage increase in game, but other than your non ancient one it doesn't have Maximum Essence it is not an upgrade for your Damage

[Gameplay]
The Gameplay is actually really simple so I will just point out a few things here.
- casting Simulacrum with a gap of 2 seconds or lower to the physical rotation will give you 3 rotations however that wont always be the right decision
- cast Mages with Full Essence
- have Bone Armor active
- keep decrepify up
- surviving > Oculus
- if you are playing the necro with frailty don't forget the curse!

It's actually not unreasonable. With a good rift and well-geared players, you can definitely hit 2 minute clears on GR90. (2 Rathma DPS Necro, 1 zNecro, 1 zBarb). From my limited testing, 1:30 feels only possible with a perfect rift, but I was able to get down around the 2 minute mark on GR90, so 1:30 definitely seems possible.
Our fastest run so far on 94 witht his build has been, 1:13.

3rd gem bane of the powerfull perfoms better than zei's, just kill first pack with minions or lucky to have blue pack and all the time x1.15x1.20=1.38% dmg
Hi, What is the reasoning behind using decrepify with dayntee's, (don't really need that survivability) and scythe of the cycle instead of jeseth's set with witching hour? Wouldn't that be more dps?
What's the priority of stats on the weapon? Is it %dmg > ias > cdr?
And assuming that I don't have one I can roll off the int, do I take the two highest priority?
What is minimum CDR for this build? Can I miss CDR on weapon and rings. ie only have CDR on gloves, shoulders, Off hand and Diamon in helm.
will the set work with Jesseth scythe and shield too?

i did lots of research on this topic months ago, as well as doing the same with barbarian ancient spear same scenario.
as far as my screen caps concluded, with channeling pylon and perfect RCR gear 66.85% gain zero increase in dps.
same with no gear, with paragon checks.
apparently this changed, as your comment prompted me to recheck and cross confirm numbers via multiple sources.
looks like it is doing Total - ((cost * RCR )) * 3%
same with barbs boulder toss.
so that is interesting, but marginal gains ~80% max with perfect RCR on gear at a cost of other viable stats.
why does this only work with znec?
what is your dmg for that speed? I`m wiz now and do 99s in 7min just wonderin how fast it rly is xD
Average rift times with this setup, is around 2-4 min. On non-season we do 3 min 109s, and right now season people are playing around on 100-104 atm, doing 2-4 min runs.
Because the 3x dmg necros arent providing any resource on their own with this build. All resource comes through the bracers " Reapers Wraps", which gives up to 30 % of the given class resource when picking up a globe. Therefor we have the support necro providing globes.
So if you would want to play this in solo, or without a zNec, you would have to use either the passive "Life From Death" which gives you a chance to spawn a globe when consuming a corpse with your devour. On top of that you could go with the skill "Land of the Dead" to provide you free corpses, that you can consume with devour, to gain globes.
Hey, Arkismall. Could you tell me, how does the attack speed affect the Skeletal Mages? Many say that the attack speed in this build is useless. So what does it affect? Can you explain, please, thanks in advance.
What is sheet damage? Profile?
Is there a video guide for this build? having trouble making it work.
hey, do u want cdr at last for weapon? some say dmg and some say I have 2 have at least 40%cdr. pls enlighten me xD
