Unity

Trag'Oul with Iron Rose is required to make this work properly ie - free blood nova procs. Once you get enough toughness you can drop Unity in the cube for Convention of Elements for a huge dps buff. In the video I'm using Unity and my runs are still always sub 4 min for a GR 70 or T13 clear. Same with The Witching Hour, use Dayntee's if you need more toughness but at a significant dps loss. As with all Reilena builds go for max essence rolls on weapon and offhand.

Build Guide

So after Mirinae was nerfed into the ground, I like a lot of players, was really bummed. Walking around waiting for LotD so I can corpse spam again, or constantly managing my mages just isn't a fun way to play for me. Pestilence is pretty much worthless so that only leaves Inarius. After much testing, this feels the best for speed farming/T13/GR70's. It clears quickly and easily and doesn't care about density, cdr, rift type or boss etc. The gameplay is simple -

1. Get bone armor stacks asap.

2. Walk around touching things with your bone storm, most trash will die from your gems alone.

3. Decrepify champ packs and stand next to them for the storm buff and left click to proc blood nova's. Activate bone armor stun for burst.

4. For pylons with nemesis, click, bone armor stun, and left click. That usually kills the entire pack instantly.

That's pretty much it. Wreath can be subbed for Toxin, but for me, Wreath feels like it has better burst (not to mention move speed.) This isn't really a push build though I have managed to clear an 85 at 1200 paragon with 6 minutes left. I think full augmented with good gear it could do 90+ but you'd likely need to swap Wreath for Stricken as single target damage suffers that high up. Great trash clear potential though as everything within nova range is also in storm range so it clears huge packs quite well.

For the follower I like the Enchantress with a Blinding Sands for tons of max Krysbin's procs but the Templar works fine too. Either way, equip them with the Unity/Occulus combo and follower cannot die relic.

For easy gem levels, bounties, or general T13 shenanigans, this is great. M.I.G.A.
