NEVER be in range of those things you said were killing you.
You gotta play at the edge of the screen with this build 90% of the time
Awesome build with my squishy gear I was able to make a gr 75 very easily. Excellent contribution.
Why not numlock cannibalize? The cubed Cereplate buffs the heal to 6% and gives the 3 second overheal as well. Seems pretty strong.
I know it was mentioned in the video i just wondered if there was a downside I'm missing.
getting rid of tasker and theo makes your singularity mages attack at half the speed. do you think thats really worth it? when im using tasker i dont even need 10 mages to melt elites
i tried this and OP isnt lying the toughness is amazing. i had no trouble staying alive, but i feel like the dmg cut is there though. took me longer to kill stuff without tasker and theo. testing on GR90. my usual GR90 clear is with 4 minutes left using my shadowhook simulacrum setup, blood rush no devour or bone armor.
using the build here it was taking me too long to kill stuff, however i could stand in the middle of anything and not die lol which is pretty awesome
btw im using esoteric alteration instead of gizzard gem. and dark mending for command skeletons
I am only paragon 1100 and its all stacked into VIT and im using green gems for defense instead of topaz for int. maybe if i switched all that to focus on dmg i could make up for the tasker cut
Update, 31/07/17 Changed follower from enchantress to Templar for essence regen (Inspire 10% Essence generated) Changed cubed requiem chest to taskers for more pet dps! Templar ftw!
Hey big daddy was wondering what are the items should you put on the templar and skills
is there a reason why you are not using the most important skill for necromancer,
Land of the dead?
A great pushing build. I comfortably did level 80 rift with over 4 minutes left and no deaths on the very 1st try, something I could not achieve with the "faceroll" build (currently at some 650ish paragon points). It's a lot tankier than that one and I could actually stand in those power pools created by the henchman's ring for even more damage all the while extracting full value from the traveler's set. The 1st build from Anthony with 2 curses felt too clunky, but this one is truly great. Amazing job. Thanks a ton, bigdaddyden, and keep up the good work and the enthusiasm! We really appreciate those!
Been testing shadow hook instead of cycle, uptime of mages even better and overall more dps, 96 down at P900 Rank 300 eu wd
Thanks a lot for this build. This is so much less hassle than relying on LotD and spamming cannibalize. Your necro looking cool with bone armor just adds icing to the cake. Was beginning to lose faith in the Rathma set before I saw your build.
I assume you're only using bone spikes for the stun and not damage. Since there are plenty of ways to proc your ring bonus with skeletons and decrepify, have you tried siphon blood with the rune that draws in globes?
Since you have reapers and endless walk set, you don't want to move around to get the health globes when engaging elites so, why not use blood siphon bloodsucker instead of bone spikes? No reason why you stick to bone spikes since you're not using shadowhook anyway.
Am I missing something when I read stat priority and for Rings and Amulets a socket is not listed as #1 priority? Isn't this a MUST more than AS or CHC and CHD? If you can't socket a Legendary Gem its not usable IMO.
How can you get CHD on the off-shield? thats what is listed as stat priority
Great build, playing hardcore this really worked effectively, I used the stun rune for bone armor as the 20% health was risky when in middle of pack, other then that build worked great! Thanks! Pushed GR72 in hardcore no issues
Can i ask why are u using Shadowhook in the vuild guide instead of the bone armor wep? i tried to use this build today ( using tasker and theo aswell) but atm with bonearmor wep i see that i do more dmg atm
