THIS BUILD HAS TO BE PLAYED WITH 3 WIZARDS AND NOTHING ELSE, if you want to be efficient
About the gameplay :
As usual, as a support, you are here to protect and boost others DPS.
The most important part of the rift is the start : you need to proc IN GEOM effect for the wizard to avoid them to struggle out of archon form. Hence, it's very important to non only kill the elite (if it's a yellow), but to kill the minions as well). AT START, ALWAYS try to pull as much trash as you can. every stack will count and increase the wizards' dps/chances to kill the first elite pack.
As shown on the build, you have to aim 14+ pick up radius (PuR) to be efficient as a shrine monk. Elites will be melt by the wizards, the hardest part of the rift is to loot the globes fast enough and be on the next elite pack before wizards are.
Once you arrive next to a pack, Use cyclone at least once ( to refresh your crystal fist buff and apply strongarm debuff), hit them with crippling wave until the palm is on everyone. AFTER that, always be mobile, look at the map, and trigger some other packs around ( elites or trash) by dashing into them and come back on the previous main pack you made with the wizards.
As I said, every single mob gives an archon stack to the wizard and it will count at the end. I'd say a monk which pulls around will help to save 20-30 sec on each rift, knowing that this kind of speed should be made between 2.45 and 3 mins max.
As explained earlier, I went for a full attack speed build, since you can 1) dash faster ( reducing internal CD of dash), 2) pull faster 3) regen spirit faster and pull more than usual. I'm playing this build since 2 seasons, and playing support monk with wizard ( without the shrine effect) since S6 and attack speed/cost reduction are very important stats.

ENJOY THE VIDEO ;);)
Hox
Glove of worship work on greater rift? Is it confirm? If it work from avaron effect, will the glove effect fit entire party? Or for monk only?
It impressive for me how u able to play this build :3 cause u don't use spirit bracer but u swap it with crystal fist ok but next I don't see esoteric gem and defensive passive, mantra also offensive type
I tried avarion before, but it proc not to often and not fast, it amazing how u survive in higher rift
I learn much from yr video thnx fir the build
Sorry anither question, u said we need to proc in geom fir wizard, did u mean wizard also benefit from in geom which equipped by monk? In another word the party also benefit from in geom equipped by monk? 0_o
To answer your next question, if you wanna benefit from in geom you have to equip one yourself.
The key to survivability is how fast your wizard will kill the packs. if they kill them slowly, go for a defensive build.
so did u mean, ingerom only effect on one who equipped it ?
Im new to Support/Monk but to proc Exploding Palm do we have to press the skill on the mobs ? or do we just spam Crippling Wave to proc it.
o ok thank you
I am so confused, gloves of worship won't proc off of pylons. Maybe off demons and the ahvarion, but I don't even see that happen once in this video, so the video doesn't help me understand the build at all o.O.
Are there enough grs with demons to make it worth using this over an normal innas support build? and are you saying that the ahvarion effect applies shrine buffs to the whole party? so lost right now.
You won't be able to see the effects on your bar, like magical find for example. or attack speed sometimes, too many buffs already. U will just feel it. THE BEST example is the empowered shrine : as a Zmonk, it allows you to use cyclone strike, spam it, and recover spirit anyway
you need to do GRs in 'chain', hence the effect of one shrine will be used on several ones.
Ok thats neat. Its crazy that it effects everybody. I'll test it out then.
