The items in this build were geared to provide high cool down as well as high attack speed for your minions
GEAR:
Rathma Helm--> Int, Vit, Socket, CHC (Diamond)
Rathma Shoulder--> Int, Vit, CDR
Rathma Glove--> Int, AS, CHC, CHD
Rathma Chest--> Int, Vit, Armor
Rathma Pant--> Int, Vit, Armor
Rathma Boot--> Int, Vit, movement
Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac--> Needed for the CDR on Army of the Dead (500 seconds)
Circle of Nailuj's Evol--> Needed for summoning more mages (100 total)
GEMS:
Enforcer: More pet damage --. The point here is to let your pets do everything. The more your pets hit the more CD you get on Army of the dead
Other 2 Gems: These gems are up to you as there are really not any particular gems required. I chose to go with more of a Damage reduction on my gems to allow me to stand around and let my pets attack.

Paragon Priorities are as follows:
CORE:
Primary Stat-->Vitality-->Resource-->Movement Speed
Really for the core there is nothing that gives a bonus to completing this set dungeon. You could argue that Movement speed is number 1 to allow faster movement through the area in case you are near the end and missed a mob or 2.
Offense:
Attack Speed-->CDR-->CHC--.CHD
Attack speed to support more attacks from pets to increase proc chance from the 2 piece Rathma for reducing Army of the dead cool down.Next is CDR to again support the first objective of the set dungeon. CHC and CHD are not needed at all so they fall to the end of the priority
Defense and Utility are per your own desire
Build Guide
Hello again all my Thinkers.......
Today I wanted to share a build/video with you for what I feel is the easiest set dungeon in this entire game. Today we are going to explore completing the Bones of Rathma Set Dungeon.
Let's first take a look at the requirements to complete the dungeon and master the dungeon.
Requirement 1: Reduce the cool down of Army of the dead by 500 seconds
Requirement 2: Summon a total of 100 skeletal mages
In order to complete requirement 1 we have a few different ways to accomplish this
-- The Rathma 2 piece bonus, this provides Army of the dead CDR chance per each pet attack
-- In-geom, reduce remaining cool down by 10 seconds after killing an elite pack. 4 total elites in the set dungeon area.
-- Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac, reduce remaining cool down by 1 second when hitting with a resource spending attack
-- Revive, provides more minions for gaining the 2 piece bonus. in the end we have 27 active minions
In order to complete requirement 2 we have a few different way to accomplish this
-- Circle of Nailuj's Evol, provides 2 mages per cast. This means a simple 50 casts required instead of 100
-- Passive: Dark Reaping, this gives us 2% essence per kill. Allows for faster essence regen while allowing you to sit back and let you minions do all the attacking
-- Skill: Devour, each enemy consumed restores essence. This fills your essence quickly as you walk over corpses
-- Skil revive with the purgatory rune. Allows you to summon minions using corpses and once they die you have corpses to consume with devour.
Outside of the above the rest of the skills and gear are fairly flexible and you can play around with them. I found this very simple with having this set up.
