Convention of Elements
This build hits like a truck and is a great build for playing both softcore and hardcore. It is super tanky just watch your positioning. As you can see in my video i put myself in some bad spots and took a dirt nap or two. In my opinion this is a great build for starting the game with. I know going into season 11 everyone is getting Helltooth to start but this build is great. I gives you the damage and the defense you need.
One thing to remember about the build is that vampire bats only count as a mana spender when you initially cast it. After that it is not procing the 6-piece bonus of Zuni. While you are channeling it you are getting a defensive buff and an offensive buff. So mix in piranhado to keep enemies grouped for area damage and to proc the bonus.

For offense you want to crit as much as possible so start by maxing that and then onto crit damage. You will need life so start with that on defense and then depending on your gear go with armor or all resist. For utility take life on hit first and then area damage.
Build Guide
Getting Life back with this build can be difficult. The biggest reset of life comes from Grave Injustice passive. I also had to change out my legendary potion for one that provides healing from all sources. By timing my mana spenders on cold cycle of Convention of elements most mobs die extremely fast resetting all of my defensive skills. Congrats on your 70
When channeling the bats you will lose mana on the first cast (if using vampire bats). After that you wont have a mana cost. One of the key things about this build is managing your mana spenders wisely. You have to make sure you affect an enemy by your spender to proc the set bonus. It can be tricky but if you get it right you will massive amounts of damage and be constantly resetting with Grave injustice.
Belt of transendence is a must for this build. It requires you to have as many fetishes as possible. It's hard to give up another passive for just to use witching hour.
This is a big area damage build. Once you have things grouped up you can really see the damage being dealt to outer enemies by the gargs. I recommend getting as much as possible.
For the Garg stat I try and max it. Shoulders, chest, and mojo. This causes those things to hit like trucks.
I think this build has more potential than the Helltooth set. When doing testing during the off season. I was able to push zuni about 5 gr lvls higher.
