Rechel's Ring of Larceny

This build is super fast and one you will enjoy playing. Start the run by summoning your zombie dogs to take advantage of the fierce loyalty passive. Then move to elites and kill elites. Once you proc in-geom you will spirit walk and spam haunt at will. You will be able to spam horrify almost 3 times before you can spirit again. If you have both up just spirit walk and then horrify. When using horrify make sure you are using it near enemies to make you super fast. I have outrun wizards and the chicken build using this setup.

Max movement speed at 25 and then put everything else into intelligence. In-geom will handle the cooldown so you can prioritize it last. Life and the armor or resist to all. This will depend on your gear. Finally, the build is not an area damage build so you wont need it. Start with life on hit and go from there.
