Use Emerald in weapon, all topaz in gear (unless GR pushing then maybe diamonds in pants) and either diamond in helm or amethyst if you need more life.

If you don't have the endless walk set, then CoE and a Hellfire amulet will do, but you might have some trouble surviving in t13 then.

If pushing in GR's for this build, you're gonna want to replace gogok with stricken, as you really don't need much if any CDR. I just use Gogok in torments becuase CDR helps the functionality of the build and the dodge chance is nice, but neither are necesarry.

For stat priorities, buff bone spear damaage and poison damage where you can, and try and stack armor if you can, it works well with the stand alone passive and potency rune on blood rush.

The video guide explains the build but here are some quick tips :

You want to stay at range when playing this build, long hallways are actually your friend here.

It's a bit tough to get all your damage reduction in place, so say out of the fray until you do, but once you get going it'll be tough for you to die in torments.

Also I use the num lock trick to essentially get the devouring aura rune free for devour, but it's up to you as to whether or not you do.
