There are no items listed in this build as per the video this build is designed to function as a brand new Necromancer with all yellow crafted items from the blacksmith.
I have populated stat priorities if you would like to roll multiple pieces however, I was able to clear T1 rift with the first item crafted for each slot.

Maximum essence - Stronger Mages
Intellect - stronger toon
Vitality - last priority
Offense:
Crit Hit Damage - Stronger Mage
Crit Hit Chance - self explanatory
Cooldown Reduction - Helps with bloodrush

Build Guide
This is my starter build for the new Necromancer. The intention of this build was to put together a good set of skills a fresh lvl 70 necromancer can use to get through early Torment and grow without the need for any specific gear or synergy.
The below video goes into description on each skill and also shows the game play while doing a Torment 1 Rift. I was able to clear the Torment 1 rift fairly easily with only a few deaths due to bad positioning. This build can also grow into a T6 build with a few item synergies as you gather your first set pieces.
Awesome video! It's always hard finding a build to start off with. This looks pretty promising
Do you think that you could include K Cube perks?
