Seems that iron rose death novas trigger Trag'Oul's sets damage bonus long as you use blood nova rune!! =)
It also seems that Iron rose triggers more often if you spam siphon blood than if you channel it. Funeral pick doesn't raise proc rate!?
[Scythe of the Cycle and Reilena's Shadowhook] is better than [Bloodtide Blade and Trag'Oul's Corroded Fang] because single/few target damage is the problem.
Self cast blood nova every 5 sec to proc restraint.
You pretty high toughness because 3 RDT effects, Gogok and double life.
Check paragon for gear stat priorities.
We will see if Iron rose's proc rate is enough to the higher GR. I cannot test it with my poor gear. One option is to cast it also but then essence and life is problem. Siphon blood - purity of essence can help with essence regeneration but self cast will affect attack speed with siphon blood.
If you want you can use curse aura but then you lose one change to proc Krysbin's Sentence. Then you can only proc it with Bone armor.
RORG is free during S16 but there isn't so many items you can add to this build. One option is that you wear Aguila cuirass and Lacuni Prowlers and cube Nemesis.
