LoN version of the old Akkhan's Stampede build. Viable for solo speed GR 45-65 depending on your Gear, Paragon, Augments, & Legendary Gems. (2-5 mins avg)

Gameplay
You want to keep Akarat's Champion & Laws of Valor up as much as possible. Make sure these skills are active before casting Stampede otherwise you'll run out of Wrath almost instantly. Save Iron Skin for any Akarat's Champion downtime to prevent getting Crowd-Controlled/Killed. Only use Shield Glare when you need Wrath.

Stats

CDR is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT on this build! You want at least 55% CDR, otherwise you won't be able to spam your abilities and you'll run out of Wrath.
If you don't have enough CDR on your gear you can swap Pain Enhancer to Gogok of Swiftness.
You need at least one Life per Hit or Life per Wrath roll on your gear.

Wrath Issues?

If you're running out of Wrath try:

Nemesis/Strong Arms to Reaper's Wraps
If you don't have toughness issues swap Iron Skin - Steel Skin to Provoke - Too Scared to Run.
