T10 Gems, Gear and Passive Options

If you're running low level rifts I would recommend using Bane of the Trapped, Pain Enhancer, & Zei's instead. If you end up using Zei's, make sure to swap Confidence Ritual for Gruesome Feast, Fierce Loyalty, or Spirit Vessel.
You can also use Locus Swarm rolls on your Shoulders, Chest, and Mojo instead of Zombie Dog damage. The higher the torment the less effective Locus Swarm becomes at killing trash. Because of this, Zombie Dog rolls become much more valuable in T13.
Tasker and Theo can be swapped to Quetzalcoatl to further increase the damage of Locus Swarm on lower torments.
