Skill Variations

Piranhado can be interchanged with firebats if you find you're lacking in the single target department or do not have sufficient cooldown for Angry Chicken bombs.
If you require more toughness or find gold wrap is not pulling it's weight, you can easily swap for the armor runes on Soul Harvest and Horrify.
Passives are pretty flexible, i recommend either Confidence Ritual or Pierce the Veil on Hellfire. You also might find that creeping death is overkill which can be replaced for one of the aforementioned damage passives.

This build also works well for quickly leveling up low level gems. Just trade Piranhado for Firebats, Gold Wrap for Bakuli Jungle Wraps, Avarice Band for Stone of Jordan or Convention of Elements and Hoarder gem for Zei's.

Efficient Torment farming is the name of the game, so if you're not one or two shotting elites, I'd recommend dropping the difficulty down until you can.
