if you are on europe server you may have missed the rising of "The Barber"-builds. They are quite popular on US and asian servers. On US someone cleared (with crazy gear, 100+ augments and 3000+ paragon) a 103 grift i think. On Asian server there are many season clears 90+ already. They all use Ring of Emptiness (RoE) which is strong but makes the gameplay terrible in my opinion. Tagging every mob with haunt and locust is absolut cancer, also the build is very class canon.
So im experimenting with a version without RoE. Its much more fun, less clunky and more "foward". Its high dmg, high mobiliy and very tanky. Myself acutally cleared a 82 first try in 12min on my season char (para 790, 80gems, by far no optimal gear, only 3 80 augments, no fishing). 90+ should be eazy. Because of fun gameplay, tanky and mobility pushing is alot of fun.
If you didnet know, since the spirit barrage rune "phantasm" is "summoned" its considered as a pet and gains bonus from +pet dmg items. Noone knows the exactly calculations. But it works.

- pet dmg buffs somehow the dmg
- RoE dont buffs pet dmg, the 300% may be op but does it buff all the dmg comming from barber/SB/gazing demise?
- no RoE frees up 2 skill slots and alot of time because you dont need tagging. And of course a cube ring slot.
This build works also very good for T13 rifts, bountys or speed grifts/gem leveling and is very fun to play.
Basically you get densitiy, pull them up with Piranhado and let them explode. Elites should be only killed within enough density. Rift Guardian are eazy to kill with stricken because you are ranged, have enough toughness and meet shields (fetishes, dogs, templar).
