You need ~37% Cooldown on your Gear + Paragon + Gogok to have Vangeance up all the time. So prioritize it on Paragon points if you dont have this 37% yet.

Build Guide

Only kill Elites.

Move with this little Rotation:

Impale->Vault->walk for 2 seconds ->Impale->Vault->walk for 2 seconds (you can use impale + vault nearly at the same time)

This works pretty well since you wear Chain of Shadows which gives you a free Vault after Impaling.

After that you gain increased Movement for 2 seconds because of your Tactical Advantage + Hot Pursit . The Seethe Rune of your Vengeance gives you the used Hatred back if you didnt hit an enemie at all or not for the second time.

for more movement its also possible to wear the shadow gloves instead of gloves of worship and wear the visage of gunes so you can cube the warzechian armguards.

Hellfire Passive should be Cull the Weak
