Wreath of Lightning can be switched to Boon of the Hoarder but you are usually moving TOO fast to pick up gold (even with full Avarice Band pick up radius)!!


Since Sprinter is typically done on Normal difficulty, the only important stats are CDR and RCR.

Build Guide

With Sprinter being a conquest in Season 10, this is one of if not THE fastest builds to finish that conquest. Your goal is maximum RCR and CDR in EVERY spot that it is available. With the right gear you are passively generating almost 100 spirit per second and Dashing Strike costs under 20. No Chicken Doc can keep up with infinite dash Monk!

Pride's Fall - 30% RCR
Cindercoat - 30% RCR
Topaz in Helm - 12.5% RCR
Paragon - 10% RCR
Weapons - 10% RCR (x2)
Rings, Shoulders, Amulet and Gloves - 8% RCR (x5)

With maximum RCR it is a whopping 79% RCR and your Dash cost is reduced to 15.5 spirit!

Insight - 45 Spirit per second
Inner Storm - 8 Spirit per second
Air Ally (x2 with Crudest) - 8 Spirit per second
Exalted Soul - 4 spirit per second
Chant of Resonance - 4 Spirit per second
Circular Breathing - 3 Spirit per second

That is 72 Spirit per second and with Hexing Pants it is 90 per second while moving and 99 per second while moving with the 10% spirit generation buff from the Templar.

That is 6 Dashes per second with a little left over. NOTHING in the game can keep up with that.

With max CDR you have 67% CDR which means Epiphany is down to a 20 second cool down so you need at least 5 Zodiac procs in the 15 second duration of Epiphany to reset it. That much CDR means that Mystic Ally is down to 10 second cool down which will allow you to judiciously use the Allies to boost your Spirit by 200 for enough spirit to dash 12 times!


Zephyr is there for the rare times that you run out of Spirit and can't dash but use it sparingly since it can eat up Obsidian procs which should ALWAYS be lowering the cool down on Epiphany. The same goes for activating Air Ally. The goal is to have ONLY Epiphany on cool down. Use the NumLock trick to keep Epiphany up as soon as the cool down resets, Kyoshiro's Soul keeps Sweeping Wind at 3 stacks forever. A rank 25+ Gizzard shield should keep you from most damage and keep Pride's Fall active.


Jawbreaker is a viable 3rd weapon either in the cube or equipped. Furnace is also viable in the cube, especially if you have GG ancient weapons. With good ancients and Furnace this build is exceptionally good at goblin farming even up to lower Torments.
