Kanai's Cube
This is your basic Pull Barb setup, that is designed to help gather monsters in group play.
You must have a Pride of Cassius & Chilanik's Chain, but they are interchangeable in Kanai's Cube.
You're primarily looking for cooldown, followed by attack speed, and finally crit chance.
Cooldown gives the obvious benefit of making IP easier to keep up while you traverse the rift, attack speed reduces the time it takes to furious charge, and crit chance will simply help spawn additional globes with Solanium.
If you aren't running a witch doctor, you can drop ground stomp and pick up sprint, as globes aren't necessary, although the stun is actually still useful being on a separate Diminishing Returns timer if you did choose to keep it.
In terms of weapons, you should probably dual wield one handers, which would be little rogue & slanderer, pig sticker/envious blade & thunderfury. You CAN use a shield to gain a ton of survivability, but it will cost you mobility, and therefore slow the rifts down a tiny bit.

Support Barbarians should never die in a rift, therefore your paragon priorities should focus around utility as you level up, until you reach 800 paragon. At this point all your paragon will go into Vitality.
Never take Area Damage on a support, it only causes lag, and will never contribute to group damage. Simply hold on to the remaining 50 paragon in this tab.
