Ring of Royal Grandeur
Dual wielding fist weapons is recommended since they can roll +max spirit and spirit regeneration. Likewise, using a spirit stone is beneficial since you can again roll +spirit and +spirit regen.
The second ring is not important, just aim for RCR + CDR.
Only gogok is required, gizzard will help you keep the pride's fall buff, and bane of the trapped is a nice damage boost, though you should simply lower your torment level if hunting rainbows, and you should be playing on normal for sprinter.

Build Guide
With Season 10 coming and the annoying conquests, it looks like sprinter will get much more attention. Monk is by far the best class to perform this task solo. The build is also perfect for hunting rainbow goblins for those silly cosmic wings.
Building as I've shown / explained in the video will let you dash infinitely to your heart's content, usually with no worrying about spirit whatsoever. Use blinding flash if you find yourself getting low.
Happy hunting
Have you tried Pride's Fall equipped and Seph in cube? 30% RCR makes Dash real cheap and then a rank 25+ Gizzard keeps Pride's Fall buff active. Envious Blade isn't necessary but In-Geom absolutely is.
You cannot have spirit regeneration or +max spirit on a pride's fall as it's a generic helm, not a spirit stone.
I have tried it in the cube yes.
In-geom isn't required at all.
Thanks for the sweet guide! I played around with the build more or less as designed using an Ancient Fleshrake and Ancient Jawbreaker, Laws of Seph, and Kyoshiro's, and I was definitely happy with the nonstop mobility. I think that's probably the best possible build for the speed demon achievement since it only requires normal.
I wanted to see if I could modify the build a bit to scale higher in damage without giving up too much mobility and I was pretty happy with my variant. If you Cube Fleshrake, Cindercoat, and RoRG, you can run 6-piece Inna with the 4-piece Rainment and the damage mitigation and damage dealt scales up much higher. You do have to keep an eye on your sweeping wind stacks without Kyoshiro belt but the dashing strike hits actually do proc sweeping wind, so as long as you pay attention and keep moving (or refresh it after you stop engaging) you really don't need Kyoshiro's to keep it topped off. I numlocked both Epiphany and Mystic Ally, and between those and stat optimization on all the remaining available slots, I had just a little more downtime on occasion than with your more dedicated version, but was able to run the build at TX for a 2.5 minute rift clear my first attempt, which I think is a bit higher than the pure mobility variant goes just because of its lack of damage multipliers and mitigation. The I6/R4 variant also frees up Blinding Flash for an alternative skill of your choice - I went with Cyclone Strike with Strongarm Bracers and was reasonably pleased, basically gibbing TX packs with the combo, pulling into follower Oculus buff zones for faster kills on yellow packs. Another option could be Nemesis Bracers, or an Enforcer Legendary gem and Bindings of the Lesser Gods, although I tried that and found I killed faster myself using Strongarms than going deeper on pet damage. Without the cubed Pride's Fall, the Gizzard Gem is replaced by another gem of your choice, potentially opening up Boon + Avarice for a small bit of non-dashing run speed (useful for grabbing Rift Pack Orbs while your spirit quickly tops back off) and early-season gold farming, or probably ideally for the purposes of this variant Bane of the Powerful for flat damage increase and additional elite pack damage mitigation, if you want to push the speed build slightly higher and don't particularly need the gold.
As a fair disclaimer, I did have pretty optimized gear to run it plus 800+ paragon to further cap those stats, so it's possible it will run into more resource issues at low paragon with suboptimal stat optimization - I didn't test it under those conditions so I'm not sure one way or the other. If the dashing strike downtime is a little too high early season with suboptimal gear, Reaper Wraps could potentially help out until paragon points and more optimized gear kick in (bonus: quick and easy to get a decent pair early into the season!).
I don't mean to suggest that this replaces your build because it does run into a small bit of downtime that you wouldn't want for the Speed Demon conquest, but given the Inna Haedrig Gift starting set in S10 it may be a little easier to assemble and does scale a fair bit higher, so I just wanted to suggest it as a viable alternative to anyone checking out the build! Thanks again, coming across this in the past day totally convinced me to roll a Monk again this season rather than a Crusader! I want to go Fast!
have you ever tried pain enhancer in the build with envious blade for more attack speed so you can have infinite attack speed
