Build Guide
This build works great to replace a barb in speed clears when you're running with any version of MH wizards. Cleared gr102 with this setup replacing barb (see video).
-Armor == diamonds
-Wep == Gem of ease or LPH gem
For this version of the build it works great with 2-3 wizards. Condemn is super powerful for grouping stuff up for long enough for your wizards to just melt everything around. Once you kill the first elite you should be able to spam 1-2 condemns per second while sweeping mobs for zodiak procs. The movespeed bonus from wings of an angel will also allow your group to walk through mobs/walls so they won't get stuck with archon down in a terrible spot. Also the LPS and shields are nice. Pulling elites from where there's no trash or from a shrine into a group with more mobs is super easy and allows quick setup of pretty big piles without much time spent building them.
The general idea is to horsey into a pack of mobs then sweep quickly without going full spam so that you can reset the cooldown on condemn/law/blind to maintain a group of mobs. Try only to cast blind every few seconds to make hitting diminishing returns slower, or atleast try blinding a different group of mobs depending how build your pile is.
-Change shield to Salvation for additional heals.
-Can wear aquilla cuirass for additional toughness to allow you to tank more while scouting. (will need to swap oculus ring for RORG)
-Illusionary boots in cube (The monk will bring strongarms so you can swap for mobility)
-Law changed to Laws of Valor-Critical (Gives whole party 50% crit damage, 15% ias)
Notes: Salvation will help make up a bit for the lack of barb IP, but it'll require you stay a bit nearer to the group. Communication with your WD on the progress of his globes will help to know when you can push ahead a bit to grab/scout

Great build! I've been running a slightly different variation of your build on non-ss ever since ss9 was over.
Here are my changes:
- Laws of Valor - Critical => Laws of Hope - Wings of Angels: provide 50% movement speed for speed runs and move through enemies. Illusory Boots is not needed as the Laws is active 100% of the time. The WD can use some moving through enemies as well.
- Cubed Skywarden instead of Golden Flense: Aquila is not needed (explained below). Skywarden will give a random All Res buff or 8% Atk Spd buff in 60 seconds every 60 seconds. Something is still better than nothing.
- Wear Leoric's Crown. Was and still hoping Blizz adds a legendary helm with a legendary power relating to Steed Charge - Endurance rune (to get rid of Swiftmount and put on a Solanium instead) or another useful Laws - Rune.
- Nemesis/Strongarm interchangeably in slot/cube.
- Akarat's Awakening shield instead of The Final Witness: the range of a single Shield Glare with proper aim will do the job pretty nicely. Akarat's Awakening provides more CDR so Golden Flense won't be needed.
- Justice Lantern instead of Oculus Ring: putting on an extra Oculus Ring (beside a zMonk) is just to hope for a better positioned circle so a dps can stand on which the dps's pretty much ignore nowadays. Justice Lantern provides Block Chance as well as Damage Reduction. Akarat's Awakening also provides immense amount of Block Chance over The Final Witness.
- Hellfire Passive: Hold Your Ground. This will help procing the Akarat Awakening like crazy and Akarat's Champion = 100% uptime which again makes me feel like another useful helmet would be more helpful than Leoric's Crown. With this setup, my block chance is 70%+ which pretty much impossible to die when standing close to the zMonk. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a group where I could join for 105+GR so I cannot confirm the defense that this build has but in 103, I just CAN'T DIE unless I stay idle.
I ran 90-95s beautifully with this setup which was able to gain some recognition for the zCru but probably not enough to spread.
That sounds super fun and i'll have to give it a try.

So Question about your modifications: How do you generate Wrath to use sweep attack?
I believe he just doesn't spam sweep as much. Personally, that's the only change he suggested that I didn't try. Also because I kept it, I can still wear aquilla's without needing the leoric's. I'm sort of underwhelmed by Akarat's awakening as well, i'm going to give a try to that bounty shield that heals you and your party for a % of the amount you blocked, I think it could be really helpful.
You're right. I don't spam Sweep as much because of the CC immune. I only hit Sweep every so often just to keep Toxin buff up and when I first engage a pack so I can group them in place first. Because of the lack of wrath, I need Akarat's awakening so my cooldown on Akarat Champion goes down faster. I'd still prefer Skywarden until there's an alternative. Aquila does provide alot of dmg reduction but I don't think I really need it, survivability is not an issue for me.
Salvation is a great shield but I think the healing it provides is inferior to the Monk.
My main question is: in the video you seem to be dragging enemies with you, but the rune you're showing on the guide is endurance; am I missing something from the gear that brings that effect? Or is it mistaken on the guide?
That's a different rune, draw and quarter, which I don't always use when wearing ingeom. Tbh they'd both work quite well, this just allows more uptime on horse to get through the bad rifts.
