Ring of Royal Grandeur

First of all, it is mandatory to have a RoRG in the cube and Depth Diggers as the item not being a part of unhallowed essence.

You want a TOTAL of 8% on 3 items. I recommend going for one ring, either Convention of Elements or Compass Rose with Crit, Crit Hit Dmg and CDR.

The other two pieces with CDR can be gloves, shoulders, or weapons. Long story short, find more than 37.5% CDR in total, that includes the 12.5% CDR gained from the socket in your helmet. Area Damage is a very powerful stat for this build, meaning you want it on for example both weapons as minimum. You can also, if you can survive with it, go for Dex, All Res, Area Damage and Cooldown reduction on shoulders.

I recommend trying to find a Hellcat with 5 bounces, instead of trying to find a 60% primary damage increase on a Hunter's Wrath.

Go for 25% movement speed, as always on any build you play.

Get as much CDR as you need, if it's a problem. Having Vengeance up at all times is a huge toughness increase as damage increase.

You can skip attackspeed in the beginning on early paragonlevels, but the rest of this priority list should be followed entirely.
