Build Guide
Recent tests showed that Manald Heal damage is NOT affected by both ELITE DAMAGE (BoTP elite bonus does not work, Furnace does not work, SOJ = works!) or ELEMENTAL DAMAGE. I think this is a bug and might get fixed in the near future. Also Manald Heal damage is not affected by Arcane Torrent damage. More information here:

I do not recommend instantly salvaging your Traveler's Pledge with Lightning, or APDs. Just have them and wait for the fix. For now, you can just use INT/CHC/CHC amulet or IAS/CHC/CHD amulet. For Bracers = you can roll allres or life on hit instead of Lightning.
As for Arcane Torrent roll on helm and boots: you can leave AT roll on boots. But replace AR roll on helm with vit.
Here's an extra video:
PS: Keep in mind, are playing tal/vyr ARCHON you sill need a lightning roll somewhere, otherwise Archon will be arcane and won't proc MH at all.
So far it is the BEST non-Archon build i've ever seen. Even though it's based on procs, it has high damage potential and GR90+ is not a big problem to clear for most players at the end of the season. Cratic cleared GR90 at 1087 paragons. I cleared GR88 without a single death (see the video) at p1400 with mediocre gear. I believe this is the HIGHEST DPS non-archon build in existence.
A few tips/notes:
1) Always fight in density. Density procs PE gem and then you can melt elites in seconds. Also in density you are very tough because of APD stacks/procs.
2) This build is good at killing yellow elites and big trash packs, but bad at BLUE champion packs. Try to avoid blue packs.
3) Watch for Oculus Ring procs and teleport there asap. Illusionist passive is mostly for this.
4) Absolutely avoid Illusionist packs.
5) You need "Critical Hits grant x Arcane Power" on your Source + Topaz in Helm + 1 RCR roll on shoulders + MW - Conduit. This is mandatory for smooth gameplay / full Arcane Power and 100% uptime of Aquilas Cuirass. I tried playing without Topaz in helm and it's pretty sketchy.
6) You need Life of Hit somewhere, to recover. The best slot for this = Bracers. Second best slot => weapon. Third-> Helm.
7) As much attack speed as possible. Everywhere. The only CDR slot you may need would be on shoulders. Arcane Torrent is a channelling spell and to reach higher breakpoints and HIGHER PROC rate for Paralysis/Manald Heal -> you need all attack speed you can get.
For 3-4man group play:
You can try switching from Conduit to Force Weapon and use Glass Cannon/Unwavering Will/Elemental Exposure instead of Illusionist.
For Torment Speedfarming:
1) You can drop Deathwish for Woh or Aether Walker
2) With Aether Walker - drop Illusionist for Glass Cannon.
3) Magic Weapon - Force Weapon
Thank you!

Thank you so much. What do you think of Nilfur's Boast for boots? (Increase the damage of Meteor by 200%).
Serpents sparker and tasker and teo i want to use in the cube and swap one of the active skill with haydra skill.is it possible ?can you test it or can you say your thougts?
It's too early for now to use Hydra, it will most likely be nerfed, too powerful now on PTR.
As for Hydra and tal rasha, pretty damn hard to fit it in non-archon build. OOID and Aquilas both give massive amount of damage reduction
hiimm too hard to understand this shits mechanic.someone did losts of tests about it but i need a summary showcase video.can yo make a deep guide about it? (as always) thx
For Hydra? The mechanic is easy: Double hydra with Serpent Sparker and Manald Heal. Hydra procs manald heal fast even without taskers
I will check it this week, but not sure that it will stay as is, most likely will be nerfed

I will check and try to learn. thx
Powerful and fun build but feels too squishy vs ranged mobs in general.
The changes on the PTR:
"The number of Spear Throwing Goatmen and Skeleton Archers that appear in
Greater Rifts has been reduced in certain enemy populations"
should help this build out
Hey Angry, might be a silly question but haven't noticed any Arcane Meteors & was wondering, what is doing the Arcane damage to get the full 6 piece Tal Set damage buff? If no Arcane dmg i'm guessing it would be at 2,500/3,000%. Sorry if i missed something.
Either way, luv this build & it's a lot of fun. Not a fan of Taeguk but i see the purpose of it. Hate how all 10 stacks drop immediately. Might swap it for BoTS just to test but the Armor buff would be important so probably won't be worth it. Keep up the great work & looking forward to a reply to put my mind at rest = P
Edit: Since Ice Armor summons cold Meteor & would count as Cold Damage, Blizzard is not necessary as cold element so i swapped it out for Arcane Hydra to add Arcane elemental damage & it seems to add the 4/4 & the full 3000% damage. Maybe you can suggest a better alternative? Thanks again!
Hey there!
Arcane proc is from Calamity
Cold Armor does not proc cold Tal cause it's not an attack. it might be cold nova from Halo proccing Tal, but it's a pretty "passive" way to get a stack. Blizzard is more controlled
What do you think about this modification for S10? http://www.diablofans.com/builds/87486-2-5-talrasha-hydra-manald-heal
I saw Cratic's tests and didn't like it. No damage to anything but Elites, that's even crappier than a generic Arcane Torrent build. GR threshold is lower as well, pretty useless in general
Hi, this build looks great, I will have to try it. I just have one question. Do you think you can fit hydra into this build? Because I don't like archon builds and I would like to try Manald Heal wiz and I also like hydra, so I'm wondering if there is any build like this viable?
Unfortunately there's no good way to fit hydra. It is possible, but it will be less efficiency overall as Hydra is completely uncontrollable and you only need to hunt single target elites.
I tried this in ptr its very funny , gonna play in season
Have fun!
Thank you for a viable build without Archon!
