If you watched the video you already know, that there are THREE Jade setups that are widely used. They vary from EASY to HARD. I prefer to call them "Beginner", "Expert" and "Master" (PS: Confused Master and Expert definitions in video, forgive me this little blooper
Master is supposed to be HARDER than Expert..) Listed here is an Expert setup, which i prefer to play with.
BEGINNER:
It's not a "weak" setup, it's just easy to play and it's good to start with this setup if you never played Jade.
1) Wormwood in cube.
2) Unity instead of COE. Double the toughness.
3) Belt of Transcendence
EXPERT:
This is harder to play, because you need to cast Locust Swarm manually, but gives 50% more Elite damage.
1) Furnace in cube.
2) Unity instead of COE. Double the toughness.
3) Belt of Transcendence
MASTER:
This is hardest way to play, but results in most DPS if you successfully harvest during Poison rotation.
1)Haunting Girdle instead of Belt of Transcendence (more damage via 2pc bonus, faster stricken stacking, but less toughness overall, and more problems with Rift Guardians, because NO MEAT SHIELDS). Belt of Transcendence is a huge survival boost.
2) Furnace in cube
3) Convention of the Elements instead of Unity
Other options:
Henry's Perquisition/Thing of the Deep instead Vile Hive. Less Damage, problems from losing Pestilence, but more damage mitigation across the rift if you can kill mobs fast.
Follower: Enchantress of Templar with CC and Ess of Johan
Eung-Jan-Do with Oculus Ring & Unity
or Thunderfury + Wyrdward+ Oculus Ring (if no Unity)
Gems in gear: Chest & Pants: TOPAZ, Helm: Diamond.

Build Guide
Hello everyone!
In patch 2.6.1 Jade finally got the necessary toughness AS WELL AS the important damage boost. Now GR100 is a reality for many players and not just the p3000 ones.
The video guide is VERY detailed so please watch it.
To cut it short: always try to maintain 10 SH stacks for DPS and damage reduction, group mobs with Piranhado, cast Locust Swarm once (Expert and Master setup),haunt, harvest them. Spam haunt to reduce SH cooldown, harvest. Repeat. ALWAYS chain-harvest during poison rotation!
1) Stack AS MUCH AREA DAMAGE AS POSSIBLE. CDR is not mandatory anymore, but still good if you can find a spot for it.
2) You need very specific mob type to be able to complete highest grift possible. Basically, you need a lot of small mobs to harvest over and over again + some fat mobs dying between them. Best mobs are zombies and skeletons/summoners + slow fat mobs like Golgors/Hulks/Unburied.
3) In 2.6.1 i usually run with Pestilence instead of Cloud of Insects simply because toughness became much better.
Thank you!

AD or max CHD. CHD is better
why the belt of transcendence over the haunting girdle?
Is AD still top priority after patch 2.60 ?
.
Love this build, been running it with Wormwood and Royal ring of Grandeur in the cube (wearing ring of emptiness) and wearing Quetzalcoatl , which has freed up the armor slot in the cube. cant decide if I want Aquila Cuirass, Belt of Transcendence (wearing Haunting Girdle) or something else in that spot. any suggestions?
See here: http://www.diablofans.com/builds/95762-jade-harvester-boom-gr110#c3 for the original build. It seems all you do is use BigDaddyDen's builds. You shame the compunity, Dfans, the game and yourself by doing this. This is build #5 on Dfans you copied.
Hey so I got an ancient sacred harvester that rolled cdr instead of ad. Is it better than my non ancient with 24% ad?
hi the Wd is my first serious d3 char and i am following the jade soul harvest route.. ive got 2 questions 1st you show it based on poison with haunt and soul harvest.. i get where poisoned spirit can be goodf and give a bvit of dmg boost but.. would going cold insteAd tasking languish and resless spirit for haunt and soul harvest be better? that way i get the 2 huants released at time +the extra from huanting girdle.. 3 total isteand of 2 if i go with poison? i mean the soul harvest element doesnt matter as we get all the rune effects so all soul harvest has to do is match haunts element right? so any reason to pick poison instead of cold? also im guyssing if we go cold instead of poison then we want to spanm soul harvest durring the cold CoE rotation instead of the poison part of it?
and finally if we pick cold instead then id want +cold on amul and wrist instead of +poison??
just making sure i understand the build..
2nd..what is IAS? is that +attack speed or does it mean more than that?
3rd do i really want to put Area dmg before CHD/CHC?? i thought and other jade harvest builds all show chc/chd fbefore Area.,..dmgh some even show looking for CDR befoire area dam??
lastly about followers so im a Wd running a templar with thunderfury and thew wyrdward ring and the justice ring and the freeze of deflction shield so my rings synergise with weapon and shield.. now how the heck do i get a Ess of jordan amul with str as its stat? i keep finding em with int.. cause im a WD same question for the rings actually?? or doesnt that matter because at t12 t 13 they arent there for the dmg but cc.. and effects????
thanks love your guide love the 3 stages of it for building up and getting used to rotations and timing swapping 1 or 2 things based on how skilled and how involved i as a player am ..and like the belt of trans variant.. for meat shield until i get really skilled....wormwood and 1 cast locust a really good idea for until mana mngmt and timing rotations get sorted out for a player
IAS = attack speed.
CHD/CHC always comes first. Area damage next. AD is emphasized here as first though to specifically point out how important it is for AOE build. For example 20% ad is much more important on ring than a 5% chc. For templar it absolutely does not matter what stat he has there, he does no damage anyway.
thats a huge help so lastly . re ias ytou mention it others mention getting it on occulus or from occulus.. other than the Attack seed 7-9% how is there a built in as boost not listed? or does getting other stats like your primary stat give a boost?just wndered cause its always called ias not just AS+ so im guessing it mean s more than just that one propertiy????
okay maybe i didnt ask i see the term used a lot and even made reference to stats increasing AS .. so i wonderd did you mean something othwer or More than just looking f or:" X% increase to attack speed " as one of the propereties ..i mean are there other magic properties or stats that also increase it?? like how int affects a couple things.. etc??
