I like to numlock strafe and use left click for my primary and right click for RoV. Depending on your CDR (approx > 40%) you should be able to weave in two generators for each RoV. If you have lower CDR you can use 3 generators per RoV.
Leech or a LoH roll is IMO required to be able to heal quickly enough. Can look for something like Perfectionist or Tactical Advantage as a 5th passive.
Prioritize Crit Chance/Damage, the CDR to about 35-40%, then AD. A weapon with AD and CDR is very helpful.
Use the highest damage weapon in your mainhand, offhand can be a statstick as all of your skills (except Strafe) scale from mainhand damage
Try and use FoK at 30 stacks during Lightning CoE for maximum damage. As this build doesn't have 100% crit chance, it will miss sometimes, but when it hits it hits hard Can try Sharpshooter as a passive to help but you will still miss the FoK crit sometimes.
Target RoV on elites or a big group of enemies to get the maximum value from the Crashing Rain damage. You ideally want a Crashing Rain with 3800% or higher
80 so far with no augments at about 1k paragon. I would say that with augments you can probably push into the mid, maybe high 80s. There is a non season 96 clear from EU, but keep in mind that guy had about 3k paragon. Its a lot harder to push with that UE IMO, but definitely possible to get a decent ranking with it.
