Build Guide

hey guys!

Tal-Rasha set has been buffed in both 2.4.0 and 2.4.1 and i terribly wanted to test the new meteor-centered build ever since!

Finally i could do it.

Tal-Rasha has no built-in damage reduction, just the resistance buff, so we need to sustain damage with Unity and Halo of Arlyse.

GENERAL TIPS:

1) Always have full AP and be ready to cast meteors before Fire COE rotation starts

2) Always have 4 stacks of elements ON

3) The only two skills that can be rotated with the elements are primary skill(can be lightning) and Explosive Blast(can be cold). The rest is pretty much set.

4) Explosive Blast - Flash is used for lower EB's cooldown.

5) Esoteric Alteration can be used instead of Bane of the Powerful.

6) Molten Wildebeeste's Gizzard is even better, because the build has the toughness but lacks recovery.

7) Unity is equipped cause it has 15% more elite damage. Cube either COE or Halo of Arlyse.
