Build Guide
In my opinion/experience this build is the fastest, most consistent, and easiest to play and gear DH build for Torment Rifts
Note: I always keep my diablo fans guides updated and current. I will make adjustments to the guide whenever there is a shift in meta! So be sure to check back from time to time and don't forget to up-vote the guide! please and thanks!

beginner alternatives
If you are new to DH or have a low level of progression, this build is recommended to farm torment 7-9 as the health difference increases significantly on T10+
advanced alternatives
consider using cidercoat in cube with trail of cinders for more vault spam
group variation
if someone else in the group has nemesis I recommend you cube the cindercoat and use trail of cinders
group variation - cold support hybrid (recommended 1 of these for multiple DH groups)
If you run torment with another DH you can complement the fire foundation with a cold multishot build just a few changes;
Switch the rune on multishot to windchill, elemental damage modifiers to cold, drop Ballistics for Cull the Weak (also drop zei's for iceblink)
Cube the oculus ring over avarice for the frequent damage buff area since Fire has avarice they pickup the progression orbs.
power leveling gem setup / torment 11+ (GR ~65-75)
For farming above torment 10 consider some of the following changes;
pick up awareness for the cheat death as 5th passive (over hot pursuit)
swap tactical advantage to thrill of the hunt to take advantage of bane of the trapped over boon of the hoarder. (GR's do not drop gold, the gold synergy is lost)
swap goldwrap to witching hour / saffron wrap / hunter's wrath (depending on toughness/damage requirements)
swap the jewelry in cube from avarice to CoE or elusive ring (depending on toughness/damage requirements)
swap the armor in the cube visage of gunes (again, depending on toughness/damage requirements)
the bracers equipped can be either wraps of clarity or nemesis (yet again, depending on toughness/damage requirements)
The toughness and damage requirements depend on the player, level of progression, and level of greater rift, I recommend you just play around with some different combinations to see what you prefer.

What is a good build to farm t13 and one to push grift ?
Evasive Fire is taken due to better damage.
Evasive Fire does 200% damage to a target and 100% to 2 other targets, for 400% damage total.
Hungering Arrow has to hit 3 times to do more than 400% damage. Each pierce has a 35% chance. Piercing two times is (.35 * .35) = 12.25%. So only 12.25% of hungering arrows do more damage than Evasive Fire.
Evasive Fire is also more damage against single targets (200% vs. 135% of HA).
What are your thoughts on Depth Diggers?
Either worn with a ring of royal grandeur in the cube... or in the cube in place of the nem bracers

you do need dawn in cube for 100% uptime on vengeance, and the hatred comes from blood vengeance and pickup range and quick kill speeds, as you kill monsters they drop health globes which replenish your hatred quite fast
