The build is a variant of the current "Chuck Norris" LTK monk. Much of the gear is the same so I will list exceptions rather than rehash all the pieces. Farming is a different setup but i'll cover that separately.

Ring slots: Focus and Restrains. RoRG in cube
Weapon: Vengeful Wind is dropped completely for this. Scarbringer and Crystal Fist are required.
Bracers: Spirit Guards
Belt: Witching Hour. Kyroshiro's Soul is dropped completely

Cube: Flying Dragon >> Furnace. Attack speed is king in this build
Cube: Cindercoat. Huge spender without as much passive spirit regen as other LTK build. Required.
Cube: RoRG

Stat priority: As with any SW build, Crit Chance > ALL.

AD is necessary for clear speed as it hits relatively few targets in packs with scarbringer. I'm currently running 90% (paragon + shoulders + 1 ring) but with enough paragon I would expect running it on a second ring as well would be ideal.

Attack speed is a priority for multiple reasons. First, you essentially double dip on IAS rolls with FD proc. Second it increases the amount of FD procs which can proc itself yet again so it scales very well. Third this build is a spender and requires using a generator for spirit regen as well as stacking FoF dot during resource building phases. Lastly, LPH rolls on weapons (required for pushes) offer the vast majority of your active mitigation. More AS --> more regen. with epiphany up I can tank a few ticks of most affixes even in 90s at 900 paragon and about 10.5k dex

LPH and CDR is needed on both weapons. Consider similar to shenlong generator build for CDR needs/benefit. I sit at 52% CDR before Gogok which gives me 100% uptime on blinding speed buff and roughly 8seconds of downtime on epiphany with Gogok buff.

Playstyle: This build is sqiushy and requires constant LPH healing to survive. Playstyle is actually similar to shenlongs as far as survivability and mitigation goes. You'll notice I had to drop mantra for this so that makes the DS dodge buff and gogok dodge even more important. In packs you should have no problem maintaining SW buff and need only use FoF for spirit regen. I usually like to run up and put 1 stack of FoF dot up first then burn down with LTK.

In smaller packs and during RG kills is actually when this build really shines compared to the established variant. You essentially alternate a FoF stack with 1 or 2 LTK, rinse and repeat. This requires extremely fast alternation of the two skills to keep yourself at a target of no less than 2 SW stacks, although you will inevitably drop stacks from time to time due to your high attack speed. Bane of the stricken (as you know) has a short ICD that scales with ability attack speed and so is affected by both FD proc and the extra IAS from Rivera Dancers and gear rolls. This amounts to extremely fast RG kills even at high levels (i killed the Binder in a 90 in 1:20 at my current seasonal gear level)

Beyond that, stay out of bad and watch your stacks. The damage is insane. Oh, and watch out for reflect damage. Like, really watch out for it. Insta skip. Play the build even once and you'll understand.
