Shoot out an explosive bola that wraps itself around the enemy. After 1 second, the bola explodes dealing 160% weapon damage as Fire to the enemy and an additional 110% weapon damage as Fire to all other enemies within 14 yards.
Freezing Strike

Shoot 3 bolas that each deal 160% weapon damage as Cold. The bolas no longer explode for area damage to nearby enemies.

Enemies hit have a 50% chance to be Frozen for 1 second.

You can use Zoey's Belt and cube Cloak of Garwulff for more toughness. You can also remove the Stone of Jordan and use an Elusive Ring - in the end you will go into the billions of toughness, very good for HC

Go for Area Damage wherever you can, its your best friend!

Crit chance doesnt hurt, but it also doesnt really help, so its best rolled off.

The third gem can be the gizzard, bane of the powerful, esotheric alteration or even moratorium. Up to you, take what you prefer!

Hey Foaks!

This is the rival of the shi mizu spec with Legacy of Nightmares!

Massive damage, easy gameplay, easy gearing, easy ranking!

Much stronger than the standard set-builds and the easiest way for high greater rift clears!

Sharp Shooter With the Companions is a bit tricky. When you enter the game, change the rune of your companions and they wont reset your SS passive anymore. your follower must not have ANY crit chance! Silly as it sounds, but he will reset your passive as well...

if you do that, you get a build that is extremely strong and tanky! enjoy it!

Additional info

After my own calculations (if i didnt forget anything), the setup deals ~22% less dps than the top rank ShiMizu setup on trash, ~6% more on elites. It suffers on the boss a bit due to limited stricken stracks, but you might be able to pull ahead a bit with some nice pylons and additional elites.

here's the chart of my calcs, call me out if i forgot something (even tried a witching hour without IAS for the EoL setup. Its slightly stronger than Thundergods, but very hard to get)
