Unity
Use one piece of Immortal King's Call set along with the belt to gain the two piece bonus where Call of Ancients lasts permanently, while the other slots are occupied by the Wrath of The Wastes set along with Ring of Royal Grandure to gain the six set bonus with Whirlwind gaining the Dust Devils rune and doing increased damage. Use Whirlwind as the way to move around as well as your main DPS skill, and only using rend against elites or in extremely large groups. The other skills should be kept up at all times as buffs. For the Hellfire amulet, you want to shoot for either Nerves of Steel or Weapons Master as a 5th passive. For solo, use Unity in the cube paired with a Unity on your follower, but when in a group use either Convention of Elements or Ring of Royal Grandure in the cube depending on which one you are wearing.

Build Guide
A build of my own making out of sheer stubbornness because I wanted to use Whirlwind in the same build as Call of the Ancients.
