Blast nearby enemies with an explosion of ice and freeze them for 2 seconds.

Frost Nova no longer freezes enemies, but instead leaves behind a mist of frost that deals 915% weapon damage as Cold over 8 seconds.

Gather an infusion of energy around you that explodes after 1.5 seconds for 945% weapon damage as Arcane to all enemies within 12 yards.

Instead of a single explosion, release a chain of 3 consecutive explosions, each dealing 520% weapon damage as Fire.

The amount absorbed cannot exceed 100% of your maximum Life.

In this build:
- Keep up Energy armor & Magic Weapon

- Keep 4 stacks on Orb of Infinite, and then use Explosive Blaster every at least 14½ seconds to keep up the bonus

- Use Frost Nova whenever ready

- Spam Energy Twister, use the Inverse Cornor Trick, and when/if out of mana, then use Electrocute Surge of Power to get mana back up.

TO SOLVE RESSOURCE PROBLEM;

You need to hit at least 4 mobs, for arcane power on hit, and also on Rift Guardian you need to use Nemesis bracers and SPAWN adds on the RG. This is the way to solve ressource problem.

To Increase your damage by a TON, you want the Energy Twister to STAND STILL, stacking on top of each-other, this can be done in INVERTED-CORNERS. Here is a simple guide on how to do it:
