Ring of Emptiness
Other options would be to run Cloud of Insects on your bar and Vile Hive as your Mojo and even a Haunting Girdle. Now that mobs deal less damage in 70+ Greater rifts this is absolutely an option. A level 90 Greater Rift was completed on the PTR with this set up, its absolutely viable, no matter what anybody wants to tell you.

Build Guide
gems?
Since this looks like a small update of http://www.diablofans.com/builds/69839-2-4-jade-harvester-80-grift-build I bet it's still Bane of the Trapped, Bane of the Stricken and Esoteric Alteration. Probably posion dmg % on wrist and amulet instead of cold.
Looking forward to seeing a video about this. And know what made you change from Henri + Belt of Transcendence. To me it feels a lot tougher to survive with this new build when I try it. Thanks for all the fun WD builds!
thank you
I swear, whenever a new season launches this kid just throws up as many builds as possible and begs his stream viewers to up vote them, its clear he didn't test them and half of them are builds other people did months ago and he's just reposting like it's his own.
It's already proven last season that vile hive is a net loss when used over henri's. Haunting girdle is also a worse choice when BoT gives you a meat shield the mobs have to get past to kill you.
I agree that Henri's seems like a much better choice, given that if you pick this build up as-is, your survivability is next to none in T10.
C'mon people, if you're going to post something, put some effort into it.... Regardless, I am enjoying JH, and have had to tweak a couple of things here and there, but it definitely does wreck at times, at least through T10.
The Diablo fans builder was extremely buggy the first day it was updated. Everything is put up now. Half of the items you couldn't even add into the builder. I focused on the builds that are actually legit pushing builds, which Jade really isn't.
I apologize for this build being half assed.
I also tested just about every build possible on the PTR, so to act like I have zero experience with these builds is just a flat out lie.
With the nerf in monster damage in 70+ GRIFTS, Vile Hive/Haunting Girdle actually became viable. That's not to say that Henri's/BoT isn't also a great option.
You do realize that myself and Steamingpolak did probably 100's of GRIFTS on the 2.4 PTR, which I had a build video guide for, for that patch.
Nobody is acting like these builds are "Their's", anybody with half a brain can figure out the best set ups for each class.
Because monster damage 70+ was nerfed this patch, Haunting Girdle/Vile is much more viable. With that said, BoT/Henri's is obviously still a great option.
I'm in the process of getting all the builds updated with written guides and videos, but again when the builder first launched this season it was extremely buggy.
You obviously have a problem with me and that's fine, but I see nothing wrong with asking viewers to upvote the guides if they helped them.
If you watch this video and honestly still don't think I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to Jade Harvester, then you are just a troll. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3t4pVqCfWBk
Again, sorry for the half assed guide at the beginning sir.
shouldn't you get the "Swallow Your Soul" poison rune for Soul Harvest so it does poison damage instead of cold? You already get all runes due to the set bonus so this change would add a bit more damage to the build.
Your soul harvest does do damage, it's one of the runes. Swallow Your Soul will add a small amount of damage if you're trying to min-max it.
.......ok sure technically it deals damage because of this, but you aren't ever going to buff Swallow your Soul to min max. It deals a extremely tiny amount of damage, way less than even 1 tick of Locust Swarm.
What are you even arguing about? There's literally no reason NOT to take the free extra tiny bit of damage by running a poison rune. You gain absolutely nothing by running Languish since you get the effect either way, so run Swallow Your Soul instead.
I'm only on grift 63 so far, and I'm a relative newbie, but I'm running a couple tweaks to this build and wanted to know what you (or anyone) think.
Notable differences:
Ring of Emptiness is on my finger and Royal Grandeur in the cube mostly because I happen to have an ancient Quetz and no CoE. I'm mostly looking for someone to tell my why some or all of these are dumb choices for the long run. Also, with manual locusts instead of automatic, what's the rotation? just always recast locust right after harvest?
would gem of eficacious toxin work as a viable option due to the 6 pc
my favourite build in the whole game since i started in 2014.
i've done GR 79 with it a while ago, and that's below 900 paragon and with Perdition as RG. sadly you need really good rng at this point to push further, but it's just so damn rewarding when you make it.
im aware that HT can reach higher, and with less effort, but whatever, i play for fun. jade is really unique among all the d3 builds, it didn't even cross my mind for a second to give it up.
