Build Guide
Quin69 here. Hey boyz!
This is the "One Punch Monk", updated for 2.4.1. This is now way easier to gear due to a damage buff to Sunwuko's, which means that this does not require all ancient gear for Legacy of Nightmares anymore.
Basic game-play strategy:
- Keep up your sweeping wind stacks and your spirit at all time.
- Focus on killing elites to have 100% In-Geom uptime.
- Kill enemies with Wave of Light.
- Because of how the belt works, try not to let enemies get to melee range. If your Sweeping Wind hits stuff, you are likely to lose your Sweeping Wind stacks.

Does Vengeful Wind provide more damage than Envious Blade?

What if we cubed Incense Torch+Magefist instead of Envious+Cindercoat, and used Envious main hand instead of In-Geom? That would eliminate the need for Nemesis Braces, right? And then we can just swap out Blinding Flash for Breath of Heaven/s dmg amp rune? That would give us 30% dmg amp and 50% cost reduction on WoL, instead of the 29% dmg amp and 30% cost reduction of the current build Do you think that would be viable?
Why not bane of powerful for gems?
For those with spirit issues:
I've been running with envious blade and laws of seph in the cube and numlock-autocasting blinding flash. Only have spirit issues when choosing to spam the hell out of WoL. Even then, I pop mystic ally and I'm good. I also elected to roll 50 paragon into spirit.
My main run of this build, aside from above, includes CoE instead of avarice band and bane of the powerful instead of boon. I swap them out in case I need gold (have boon in my avarice), but I hardly find that necessary. The movement speed provided by boon is nice, but the main mobility of the build is from perma-dashing after an elite kill. And I don't miss the pickup radius much since I typically run group rifts instead of solo.
I agree. It's not bugged. you just out of spirit.
does this dude have a kiwi accent?
