This guide works only if you get a good rift. Doesn't matter you didn't take any of the pylons or didn't get an add boss. You got really good mobs to clear.
It seemed to work for many guys, check the comments:

I tried this build more than 10 times, and each time I cleared. with anywhere from 8 seconds to 3 minutes.
Inna 4 is tricky and you cannot even get 100%, but the build I listed above will definitely give you a good chance. I myself just did it right after picking up my 4 piece - I had 44 seconds left.
By all means, if you feel it cannot be cleared feel free to suggest changes to faciliate it better. The build is for you to MINIMIZE RNG and minimize the time you spend with a shitty 4 piece. I myself and many others have succeeded with it. No build can ever claim 100% clear rate, but this gets damn close failing zero attempts from MY OWN testing.
But to say "it only works on good rifts" , I will 100% disagree.
Why yes... yes it does. It also matter that I only had 1 gem socketed, too. I took none of the pylons and still had 2:30+, and you say It's only possible with a good rift? I had 0 paragons, nothing - so it stands to be assumed that those who took the time to setup a little more may have a better success chance. This build works. After trying just about every recommended skill set I could find -- including Quin's -- with no success, I finally have my full Inna's set because of this build. Got it on my first run, in 13:35, and starting on a terrible first level to the Grift from a density and progression standpoint. Thank you for putting this build out there, BRGPrincess!
Follow-up edit: Immediately after landing the full Inna's set, I ran a rift on T6 and facerolled mobs and elites. My allies effectively did all the work for me. I so appreciate this build getting me over the GR20 wall.
This build does exactly what it says. It got me over the GR20 wall and I got my full Inna set, which leads to much bigger and better things. I ran a regular rift with this build as a test to get a grift key, then plowed through a GR20 in just under 8 minutes. If you want your Inna set in Season 6 ASAP, this build is the way to go. Most of my mobs were pretty crappy in the Forward Barracks or in Araneae's Lair.
Registered just to thank you for this guide.
First time playing monk, hit 70 got 4p, and thought I could go straight into GR20 with leveling skill build. Nope got owned.
Looked up this guide, and was able to clear it next try. Nailbiting 14s left but still got it. Thanks for the guide!
