3 Man:

You'd change equipped strong arms to nemesis bracers only if there is a lon frenzy barb in the group.

DIFFERENT PLAY STYLE: You will be the one tightly grouping mobs together , and Hitting pylons, so that means, dropping sanctuary then running to hit pylon, then using epiphany to dash back to stack position.

Possible Options in end tier greater rifts:

Switching Breathe of Heaven to Blinding Flash with the run Crippling Light for snap shotted damage reduction, which means predicting incoming damage and using Blinding Flash for the 40% additive Damage reduction.

YOU CAN POSSIBLY CHANGE OCULUS RING TO OVERWHELMING DESIRE , IF THERE IS NO LON FRENZY THORNS BARB IN THE GROUP

BAND OF RUE CHAMBERS IS A VERY great option due to gaining an insane amount of spirit generation

Attack Speed (Because this build is based off AS, and the quicker you hit the more output of healing you'll do)
